Mexican Stews
Here you will find a vast list of Mexican stews, including Carne Guisada, pork stews made with dried peppers, and stews with tomato-based sauces and tomatillo sauces. These are great as a main dish (especially during winter time), and many are loaded with vegetables, so they make a well-rounded meal!
