– Place peeled bananas, milk, water, sugar, vanilla and food coloring or grenadine into a blender, and process until you have a very smooth mixture.
– Pour into a pitcher and add the ice cubes. Dust with some ground cinnamon when served.
Use ripe bananas since they are sweeter and you won’t need to add more sugar.
The food coloring or grenadine is optional. The pink option is a very popular way to sell it in Mexico.
